Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Customers.
∎ Visiting potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets of assigned area
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
∎ Assist in the implementation of company's marketing plans as needed.
∎ Preparing business proposal and presentation.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various route to market
∎ Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set to expand the marketing network of particular territory.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Monitoring Competitors' sales activity within as assigned territory.
∎ Report to Retail Sales Manager with dotted line report to Area Sales Manage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
