Job Responsibilities:
∎ Survey/ Find Out potential new client.
∎ Customer Relation Buildup
∎ Take the challenge to meet the sales target.
∎ Regular call & meeting with customers to identify & obtain further sales & business development opportunities.
∎ Provide regular feedback to senior management about market place & competitors activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-5 years of Real Estate Background Experience (Land Project)
∎ The applicants should have experience in Direct Sales and Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have field work mentality.
∎ Should have strong communication & negotiation skills in any environment.
∎ Should be fluent written & spoken in Bangla & English.
∎ Hard working mentality.
∎ Must have computer basic knowledge (MS office & Internet)
∎ Positive attitude to maintain company culture.
∎ All condition is required for Executive & Experience required only for Senior Executive.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly based on performance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly).
∎ Weekly holiday - Friday.
∎ All holidays will be applicable as per government rules.
