• The applicants should have experience in the following area:- Land project/Real Estate Marketing/Sales

• Candidates have relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skill.

• The applicants should have experience in Direct Sales and Marketing.

• The applicants should have field work mentality.

• Must have computer basic knowledge (MS office & computer operating)

• Positive attitude to maintain company culture.

• Able to cope up with constant change under immense pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take the challenge to meet the sales target.

• Expected to be target oriented & ensure the achievement on time.

• To achieve monthly & yearly sales target.

• To visit & follow-up prospective customer regularly.

• To maintain relationship with the existing customers.

• To submit various report to superior.

• Provide regular feedback to superior about market place & competitors activity.

• Proven track of successful sales record.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
