Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic & self-motivated Marketing and Sales person who is experienced in the Bangladesh Real Estate.
Duties & Responsibilities for Required Post:·
Achieve company`s goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door to door Marketing and Tele Marketing.
Respond to the clients query at office and over Telephone & Mobile.·
Fulfill sales target assign by management.
Customer Follow up.
Regular content update on social media platforms.
Daily progress reporting by WhatsApp or chosen platform by the management.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and property investors.
Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
