• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor/Honors

• Any professional certification/ training will add extra value.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Workplace: Office and field also.

• Client meeting, Project visit, Continuous follow-up with clients.

• Be willing to do door-to-door visit at Corporate/Financial organizations.

• Maintaining good relationships with new & existing clients through phone, email, regular visits and also deal with professionalism.

• Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with a face-to-face presentation.

• Increase sales by developing new customers.

• Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Collect the required documents from customer.

• Able to meet the sales target.

• Visit project sites frequently to stay up to date.

• Develop a strong business relationship with key customers and visit the market regularly.

• Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Management.
