Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Generation: Identify and reach out to potential individual and corporate clients to sell ready/near-ready apartments.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins to convert them into sales.
Site Visits: Conduct professional project site visits with clients, explaining the architectural features, floor plans, and construction quality.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Dhaka’s real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer preferences.
Networking: Develop and maintain a strong network of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the management.
