Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with customers on a regular basis
∎ Communicate the advantages of buying a flat clearly
∎ Build and maintain a CRM database along with professional networks.
∎ Identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Efficiently allocate time to customers
∎ Identify Customers requirement
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads. Have to have own sales leads.
∎ Coordinate visits and set appointments with customers
∎ Maintain Paperwork of Clients
∎ Hitting the monthly targets, building and maintaining a relationship with clients and prospects.
∎ Actively seek out new sales using social media and cold calls
∎ Prepare and submit daily reports
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
∎ He will be reporting directly to the CEO
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have interest and experience in Sales
∎ Must be target-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
∎ Self-driven.
∎ Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ For every sale, an incentive of Tk.20000 will be given.
