  • Ability to go into customers’ locations to identify sales prospects & maintain a relationship with potential clients.
  • Work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and excellent rapport with customers and coworkers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications & delivering presentation.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collecting new customers and informing the general public about the company`s services.

  • Conducting campaigns in different areas.

  • Maintaining the company`s brand image by behaving cordially with customers.

  • Explaining internet packages, offers and promotions to customers.

    Analyzing the market conditions of competing companies and creating new strategies.

  • Working actively to meet sales targets.

  • Providing initial solutions to customer problems and reporting to the technical team if necessary.

  • Retaining old customers and following up to bring in new customers.

  • Preparing and submitting daily/weekly reports as per the company`s instructions.

  • Taking an active role in campaigns when launching special offers or new services.

  • To assist the sales managers in generating sales leads by developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential corporate clients, proactively positioning our brand as a premium, and making outbound calls to address client concerns and queries.

  • Creating a sales plan and setting sales goals.

  • Manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.

  • Determining the needs of clients, giving advice/information, and suggesting solutions.

  • Preparation sales proposal, quotations and sending these to clients.

  • Nurturing relationship with key customers & partnering with cross functional teams to utilize customer insights.

  • Assist in Tender preparation & managing tender related activities.
