Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct & attend meeting with the prospects & Clients.
∎ To visit sites frequently to stay up to date.
∎ To follow up the prospects regularly.
∎ To sell the product efficiently.
∎ Intensive practical knowledge in Commercial & Residential apartment sales.
∎ Respond and follow up sales inquires through understanding the prospects requirements.
∎ Willing to take challenge and work in a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & long time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate.
∎ Telemarketing experience should be prioritizing.
∎ Should have knowledge in Commercial & Residential apartment sales.
∎ Should be smart, well groomed & self motivated
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable
∎ Capability of convincing prospects.
