• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners within the assigned territory

• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure continuous product movement

• Conduct regular market visits to retailers, showrooms, and distributors

• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and brand positioning in the market

• Collect and relay market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and new launches

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets

• Collect orders from dealers and retailers as per the schedule

• Follow up with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery

• Resolve delivery issues, stock shortages, and service concerns promptly

• Ensure proper display of ROSA products in dealer showrooms

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market visit updates

• Address dealer and retailer queries related to products, pricing, and after-sales issues
