Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle Sales administration with CRM & Sales team related activities, prepare reports & others.
∎ Vehicle In-housing Challan preparation and send to work station through E-mail.
∎ Stock keeping. (Color wise Stock, Problematic vehicles, etc.)
∎ Delivery Challan and Invoice Preparation on ERP.
∎ PDI & RE PDI Expenditure Approval through Email.
∎ Provide New Vehicle placement to Supply Chain.
∎ Issue Solving Over phone regarding PDI (Pre delivery inspection).
∎ Ensure timely Physical reach of Vehicles to display points.
∎ Solving issues of on-transit vehicles (like talking to Traffic police and negotiation)
∎ Preparing sales related Report required by Line manager and management.
∎ Zone breakdown and sales executive allocation on ERP.
∎ Lead apps installation and set up for new joiner.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
