Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day sales administration related work
∎ Depot will operation and maintain distribution channel will operation.
∎ Creating Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Sales Report.
∎ Update all types of sales related documentation
∎ Handle dealer/retailer to get order.
∎ Post Sales Services, Clients Services etc.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Documentation and analysis of Data
∎ Establish and strengthen processes, policies and structure to ensure internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Managing sales staff
∎ Provide sales oriented data and field oriented data to all the concerned departments
∎ Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management.
∎ Capacity to Collect & Analyze Valid Data From Websites Based on Specific Requirements.
∎ Regular sales and collection monitoring and ensure smooth supply and availability of product to the dealers and retailers.
∎ Setting up customer SOP with operations.
∎ Customer Management with respect to handling complaints
∎ Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ Conduct regular follow-up with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
∎ Additional responsibilities may be added as per the requirement of Sales Department.
∎ Other work / task / assignment given by the Reporting Officer.
∎ Any other tasks assigned from the Department Head / Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro/ Feed Manufacturing Company
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Team player with excellent English Communication skills.
∎ Team-leading leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the feed industry and its current issues.
∎ Candidates with relevant experience as head of sales (at least 10 years) will be given preference.
∎ Candidates from reputed organizations National/Multinational will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be smart, Possess good communication skill & People management.
∎ To operate Computer- Microsoft Office , Knowledge of Software(Able to work on OS, MS Word, MS Excel, PDF)
∎ Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively.
∎ Adaptability and strong analytical approach, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented, target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast moving environment.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, Smart, energetic and hard-working team member.
