Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze receivables ageing reports based on the information from distributors and related sales forces who are maintaining overdue balances
∎ Follow-up distributors payment commitments on overdue balances
∎ Prepare reports on inactive and irregular distributions and refer to company's legal department
∎ Visit points of poor performing distributors and report to authority with the true facts
∎ Perform physical stocks taking of distributors' godown stocks
∎ Perform compliance audit randomly to ensure that sales systems and credit systems are in place throughout company's FMCG division
∎ Assess the promotional programs and earned results regularly
∎ Verify field forces TA/DA bills randomly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experiences in relevant functions of recovery will get preference
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office
∎ Strong financial report preparation skill,
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
