Accounts, Experience in Provident Fund Maintaining, Payroll
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive new application, identify the eligibility and prepare all documents with approval of trustee board for opening new PF (Provident Fund) account.
∎ Closely work with payroll and accounts section for all kinds of PF related work.
∎ Continuously communicate with bank for all PF account status.
∎ Receive PF loan application form and arrange the loan cheque by approving from all trustee board member.
∎ Update all PF loan and installment monthly in the payroll software.
∎ Prepare monthly PF report and present to trustee board and management.
∎ Responsible for prepare PF final settlement payment of resign employee and close the PF account.
∎ Receive PF closing application and prepare the payment.
∎ Deep Knowledge and Understanding on Factory PF System.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Labor rules 2015
∎ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
∎ Self- Motivated toward career growth and learning.
∎ Dynamic, Motivate, Energetic, Pro-Active.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
