Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Nutrition Science & Food Engineering/ Food Technology from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates with good academic backgrounds from reputed universities are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new confectionery based food items.
∎ Develop processing systems for confectionery based food products.
∎ Select and specify ingredients and raw materials for product development.
∎ Selection and specify primary and secondary packaging materials for product development.
∎ Conduct plant trial to set manufacturing process for the developing product.
∎ Periodical analysis of product shelf life and set up product shelf life.
∎ Prepare and develop product documentation and process instruction.
∎ Provide necessary documents and other support to cross functional departments.
∎ Ensure all the compliance of raw materials in accordance with legal regulation and company.
