∎ Professional Requirements: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies to meet production targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of IE/Planning principles within the context of garment manufacturing. Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity. Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques to standardize work methods, establish IE standards, and improve overall operational effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous optimization efforts. Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times. Coordinate with production teams, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and resources required for production. Monitor production progress and address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Analyze production data and performance metrics to forecast future production requirements and make proactive adjustments to production plans as needed. Identify capacity constraints and develop strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize production throughput. Work closely with senior management to make strategic decisions related to capacity expansion, resource investment, and production planning. Implement Lean manufacturing principles and techniques to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process reliability. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the production team, encouraging feedback and ideas for process optimization.
