Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To achieve annual sales targets, develop growth targets and business objectives of Online UPS that aligns with ABP.
∎ Attending of regular corporate & industrial sales calls and ensuring of profitable negotiation.
∎ Actively participate in the annually and quarterly cycle plan activities.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Ensuring of sales collection within due time frame.
∎ Increasing of the number of corporate fold to enhance business.
∎ Efficient management of key corporate account.
∎ Assist service team to provide technical service to Online UPS customers efficiently.
∎ Maintain proper coordination with technical team of Online UPS after sale service, warranty management etc to maintain smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
∎ Co-ordinate and support service and marketing team in training initiatives.
∎ Assist Marketing Manager to execute marketing designs, product sourcing and pricing to establish & maintain brand presence.
∎ Monitor team member’s activities & efficiency in sales activities along with customer visit according to plan.
∎ Ensure process development initiatives of Online UPS sale, service and marketing.
∎ Develop and maintain Online UPS customer database consisting with consumer trends and categories to help identifying product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
∎ Assist in periodical reviews of the brand, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity.
∎ Active participation to negotiate with suppliers with regards to ordering & inventory of the brand.
∎ The position role is critical as a significant chunk of Online UPS sales revenue comes from industrial & corporate sales channel. The market is becoming challenging day by day due to low priced & non-brand products that are actually utilizing the local price sensitive market. Thus the Online UPS sales personnel need to be more careful & efficient in the execution of their respective Sales & Distribution planning. Working in competitive and dynamic field with the target to enhance the brand equity & market share of concerned brand through exclusive and innovative promotion and branding. Ensure flawless support to the marketing & service team to enhance sales & market share through attractive and cost efficient brand management along with after sale service.
