∎ Now We are looking fresh Executive and experienced candidates for the post of . Executive/ Sr. Executive respectively to increase our sales volume.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customer relationship, excellent communication skill to hunt new clients at regular intervals.
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Ensure the high ethical of standard and integrity is maintained in the sales process.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan to create potential Whole seller, Retailer, Direct customer to increase sales volume.
∎ Collect market information, take challenges to strengthen potential market share by analysis, planning and intelligence activities.
∎ Maximize sales and provide a foundation for future growth for all item/product in Telecommunication & Security Technology.
∎ Following up and work closely with corporate customer & other business partner sales related activity to complete the sale.
∎ Reporting right time to supervisor and problem solving capability.
∎ Monitor the sales daily basis and evaluated the performance of the promoter.
∎ Fix monthly/quarterly/annually corporate sales target and assist to achieve accordingly.
∎ Attend and prepare detailed sales meeting, brand position and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female are highly encouraged to apply for both post.
∎ Fresh graduate are encouraging for the post 2 Years or above Sales, Marketing & Brand promotion experience for the post of Sr. Executive
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Brand Development, Customer Support/ Client Service, Retail Stores/ Shops, Trading/ Wholesale as well as Digital Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Telecommunication and Security system technology
∎ Fully proficient with Microsoft Office.
∎ Demonstrated success in sales planning and Execution
∎ Excellent English /Bengali language communication skills and able to listen, speak, read and write in both languages.
∎ Good typing speed in Bangla & English
∎ Hard-working, responsible with pleasant personality.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
