Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA / MBA preferably Marketing degree / BSC in Civil Engineering, similar information technology-related discipline with 1 - 2 years of IT/Technology sales experience.
∎ A level, O level students having degrees from Foreign institute, IBA, NSU, BRAC, AIUB, UIU, IUB or any reputed university both public & Private will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, Communication

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Marketing, Corporate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Marketing, Client Relations & Sales.

∎ Office days: 6 days

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Client handling.
∎ Sales Executive will be responsible for finding their own customers and maintaining a healthy funnel
∎ The role requires Sales Executives to maintain customer relationships to preserve high customer satisfaction levels
∎ Engage with customers via phone, e-mail, face -to-face
∎ In charge of traveling across Bangladesh and within Dhaka to secure sales with new customers and meet clients He/She maybe required to travel abroad also. Be the first point of contact for customers to understand their needs
∎ Conduct research on customers' business requirements, problems, and competitors
∎ Must ensure the sales target is met on time
∎ Use marketing materials/sales campaigns in order to maximize sales
∎ Document customer interactions and funnel growth so they can be uploaded to our CRM
∎ Engage Product Specialists during technical interactions with customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in both Bengali & English (speaking and writing)
∎ Clear understanding of marketing development, competitor activities etc
∎ Must be target-driven
∎ Good negotiations skills
∎ High level of inter-personal skill
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Excellent listening skills
∎ Good research abilities
∎ Understand the concept of value selling
∎ Must be a team player
∎ Engagement on different social media channel
∎ Inbound and outbound customer calls
