∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ This candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing

∎ Should be Good personality, well behaved, smart, well groomed & self-motivated

∎ Having extra ordinary qualities, strong & proactive aptitude with good knowledge & experience in sales and marketing in real estate.

∎ Professional experience in real estate sector.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla in Writing and Speaking.
