Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote design services.
∎ Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns and convert them into clients.
∎ Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online & offline).
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.
∎ Manage social media platforms to showcase design projects and engage potential clients.
∎ Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and nurture new leads.
∎ Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to deliver tailored solutions.
∎ Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated with design trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and sales approaches.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive/ Sr. Executive (Marketing & Sales) to join our Interior Design department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s interior design services, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales revenue. This role requires a creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for interior design.
