Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ To set the sales target & monitor the sales target achievement.
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring.
∎ Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
∎ Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers' network all over the Bangladesh
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Must be capable to apply credit control policy.
∎ Review and analyzes sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness.
