∎ Proven experience in marketing and sales within the pharmaceuticals or related industries
∎ An understanding of capsule shell products will get priority
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams effectively
∎ Experience in organizing events, scientific programs, and presentations.
∎ With strong communication skill both in Bengali and English with excellent presentation skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and maintain regular communication with R&D and supply chain teams in pharmaceutical companies to manage trial processes and address technical concerns related to capsule shell products.
∎ Follow up on product trials and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or challenges.
∎ Develop promotional materials for Exhibitions & client visits
∎ Organize and coordinate scientific programs, webinars, and client presentations to promote the company's products and services.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales objectives with client needs.
∎ Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine marketing and sales tactics.
∎ Regularly visiting clients at various companies as a major component of the job
∎ Any other task assigned by Departmental head

To support this goal and strengthen the existing team we are looking for ambitious, results-driven, and committed individuals for the following position.
