Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
• Master’s degree (MBA/M.Com) will be preferred for Sr. Executive position

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Candidates with professional training or certification in Customs, VAT, Import–Export, or Supply Chain will get preference
• Practical knowledge of Customs Act, Port Rules, LC documentation, and Import–Export procedures is highly desirable

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Identify potential clients and promote company’s C&F services

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients

• Ensure regular follow-up with clients for shipment updates, service queries, and delivery schedules

• Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and pricing structures to clients

C&F Operation Support

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo clearance and delivery

• Collect and verify shipment-related documents from clients

• Support clients regarding customs, port procedures, and clearance timelines

• Maintain continuous communication between the client and internal C&F team

Marketing & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales/marketing targets for the C&F division

• Develop new business opportunities from local and multinational companies

• Participate in market analysis and competitor research

• Provide input for developing marketing strategies

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports

• Maintain client database and update CRM records

• Ensure all client communications, quotations, and proposals are documented properly

Coordination & Service Quality

• Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and billing teams for client services

• Ensure high service quality to maintain strong customer satisfaction

• Resolve client complaints professionally and promptly
