Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up factory production as per sales forecast & delivery.
∎ Receive motorcycle requisition & collect payment from dealers.
∎ Prepare motorcycle delivery order & send it to factory for delivery with approval.
∎ Collect Haojue & Honda daily & weekly sales & prepare report and send it to management.
∎ Maintain monthly showroom wise Haojue sales position.
∎ Maintain dealer's outstanding accounts.
∎ Prepare dealer's collection schedule & and send it to sales dept. monthly & prepare summary as well.
∎ Monitoring day to day accounts ledger posting of dealer's order/payment.
∎ Communicate with transport vendor/assemble unit for delivery of motorcycles to different dealer/showroom.
∎ Collect delivery challan and invoice for reconciliation with DO and send to A/C department.
∎ Check C & F commission bill & prepare NS for final payment as and when require.
∎ Check motorcycle lifting bill according to DO & send to accounts department for payment.
∎ Provide dealer statements as per requirement.
∎ Maintain ERP to submit DO for delivery of motorcycle form factory.
∎ Any other responsibility delegated by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Automobile experience preferable.
∎ Must have interested to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Computer Operating will be given preference.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem solving skill.
Salary: Negotiable
