Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems, including network and hardware.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
∎ Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly.
∎ Monitor and ensure data security, antivirus updates, and system backups.
∎ Provide technical support to factory and office staff.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement.
∎ Coordinate with service providers and vendors when required.
∎ Prepare basic IT-related documentation and reports.

∎ ARS Footwear Limited, a 100% export-oriented footwear factory, is looking for skilled and proactive IT professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of network setup, hardware troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support within a factory or office environment.
∎ Responsibilities :
