Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for all office areas WIFI networking.
Responsible for Routing, Layer 2 Switching, Computer Troubleshooting, Network/Central Printer Setup.
Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
Responsible to manage CCTV Software and Work System & it`s Support (will be trained).
Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, server system, operating systems and applications.
Responsible for video Conferencing Devices, Multimedia Projectors, Scanners, Online UPS etc.
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptop.
Responsible for providing Support to Computer User`s and Smartphone user`s (apple IOS & android) and any others hand held devices.
