Job Context:
∎ UNIGAS having a state-of-the-art LPG import, storage, bottling and distribution terminal in Sitakunda, Chattogram, is looking for some dynamic, self-motivated and self-driven individuals for the following positions:
∎ Vacancy: 2 (1 for Dhaka Zone & 1 for Chittagong Zone)
∎ Parent Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka and Sales Office, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations explaining LPG reticulation project & services to real estate companies and individual project owners.
∎ Regularly visit existing & potential new residential project and real estate companies as per route plan and collect market trend, competitor's activities.
∎ Check client permission status and make liaison with relevant Government departments and keep their files up to date.
∎ Make agreement with real estate companies and individual clients as per company rules & regulations and update the status periodically and maintain all files properly.
∎ Provide all kinds of sales and after sales support & help clients solve problems with installed equipment with the help of technical team.
∎ Achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis of own clients set by Management and sell LPG to other clients also.
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand customer requirements and provide sales support, secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
∎ Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
∎ Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
∎ Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
∎ Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Following up with customers to ensure orders have been fulfilled effectively.
∎ Attend meetings with customers and answer sales questions.
∎ Assess customer requirements and advise on the most suitable products for their needs.
∎ Prepare quotes for customers and figure out requirements to ensure the order delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 4-6 years of professional experience preferably S&M in the real estate sector is a prerequisite.
