Job Context

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the retail segment across Bangladesh, developing customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the retail market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Location: Banani Head Office.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Develop targeted sales plan working in line with the sales team to increase market share in the retail segment.

• Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and visit market extensively to establish customer relationship and to collect market feedback.

• Prepare price offer for the customer, supplement with appropriate samples and conduct negotiation for successful sales closing.

• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

• Working and collaborate with the sales, production and delivery team to be acquainted with post sales activities and to ensure smooth operations and delivery.

• Achieve monthly sales target, tracking sales data to ensure meeting sales target.
