Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update master data records for General Ledger, Cost Center, Profit Center, Segment, FI Vendor, FI Customer, House Bank, etc.
∎ Perform first-level configuration activities to align the system with the new company and plant requirements based on the FICO module.
∎ Provide regular support to users, addressing queries, rectifying issues, guiding through processes, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring visibility into financial data.
∎ Assist in processes related to BEFTN ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
∎ Provide user support and assistance concerning BG processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
∎ Offer support assistance in line with the CnF process for both Import and Export functions, ensuring smooth operations.
∎ Conduct various testing activities, including Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), etc., ensuring the reliability and accuracy of financial systems.
∎ Develop and execute user training programs periodically to ensure that users are proficient in utilizing the FICO module effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Sound Communication Skill.
∎ Basic Operating Knowledge in Computer and Internet.
∎ Experience in ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle etc.
