Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, monitor and execute of marketing events (promotional programs/ campaigns) from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving activation.
∎ Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel events/ campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
∎ Generate new event ideas for the business and implement those in a productive way.
∎ Execute fruitful outdoor activities to promote the brand efficiently considering the target audience.
∎ Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly event & outdoor plan and budget.
∎ Build strong business relationship with stakeholders like outdoor firms/ suppliers to complete the job in time.
∎ Maintain proper documentation & distribution of souvenirs of the brand.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor related to Tissue portfolio.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience in events and activation management.
∎ Working experience in Paper & Tissue products will get preference.
∎ Confidence in dealing with client suppliers, customers and the press-over the phone and in person.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proven experience in developing events plans and campaigns.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
