Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To address and execute all environmental issues/EMS/ of the factory.
∎ Implementing company safety rules, regulations and standard operating procedures for EMS and OHSAS.
∎ Identifying workplace hazard & conduct risk assessment and job safety analysis of all areas, functions & services.
∎ Ensuring local SDS, GHG label and secondary containment.
∎ To create environment friendly work arrangement.
∎ Training employees on EMS and health safety;
∎ Monitoring energy, water and waste management system;
∎ Ensuring safe chemical handling, storage and NPO controls.
∎ Ensuring proper waste segregation and management.
∎ Setting waste reduction plan and tracking;
∎ Implementing HIGG index-environment module;
∎ Ensuring performance data upload (environment part) regularly;
∎ Setting and monitoring KPI.
∎ Water parameter check by internal lab such as PH, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, TSS, Etc.
∎ Water parameter check by outside lab such as Environment office,
∎ Analysis for water quality improvement and assure the compliance and safety requirements according to Audit and environment office.
∎ Those who are working for H&M/INDITEX/GTW are encouraged.
∎ Coordinating all internal & external environment projects.
∎ Coordinating all external & internal environmental audits.
∎ Organizing different environmental events.
∎ Reporting of all types of environmental and chemical issues.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
∎ Evaluation, monitoring and ensure of environmental requirements of the factory as per environmental regulations.
∎ Update environmental clearance of the factory & ensure all parameters based on it.
∎ Identification of significant environmental aspects & impacts.
∎ Ensuring all environmental requirements as per international standards for a sustainable EMS.
∎ Setting objectives and targets for continual environmental performance improvement.
∎ Should have knowledge on ETP, resource consumption, air emissions, water discharge, waste generation etc. & setting strategies to reduce the energy consumption and Air emissions.
∎ Periodically assess air emissions, noise level and other environmental aspects.
∎ Regular monitoring of water consumption in the factory premises.
∎ Execute & ensure the smooth operational system/process for ETP plant.
∎ Plan and conduct maintenance operations during unexpected shutdown of ETP machines.
∎ Monitoring and supervise all process control parameters such as BOD, COD etc. & to ensure the function ability of the ETP.
∎ Prepare Factory Corrective Action Plan and its Implementation as per observation followed time to time in respect of EMS.
∎ Prepare Policies and Documentation for EMS, EMP, CMP, OHSAS and Energy efficiency for factor Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experience in ETP & Environment Compliance in a large composite RMG Factory.
∎ Apply only Chemical/ Environmental compliance issue handle of H&M, INDITEX and other Buyer with a reputed knit/Denims garments Industries & independently handle & implement it at work place.
∎ Must hold the excellence of analytical mind and proactive to identify problems and proposing solutions.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action-oriented approach to work and decision making.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
∎ EMS (ISO 14001:2015. )
