Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Food, Textiles, Mechanical, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bakery, Food & Beverage Waiter, Spare parts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales Target by forecasting and developing monthly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for new products.
∎ Frequent market visits, relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
∎ Maintain & follow up all type of sales and marketing related activities as daily and monthly basis.
∎ Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of sales strategies and objectives.
∎ Generate ideas to create new customers and enhance existing sales.
∎ Able to provide Sales Report / Market Forecast on daily basis.
∎ Ensure customer's queries related to products, price and product availability.Create corporate relations with new customers and maintain.
∎ Collect sales order and report to the superior.
∎ Prepare daily activities report and submit to the superior.
∎ Execute any other task as assigned by the department/ supervisors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Sales, Factory sales, Market Research, Marketing and Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Food Machinery , Accessories, Textile Machinery
∎ Two to five years' experience in Food machinery/Textile Machinery and accessories Sales & Marketing is preferred.
∎ The person will have work as a team member and should have the capacity to work for sales & marketing with target achievement
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile bill, commission on sales target
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Profit share
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
