Job Context:
∎ Office time 10:30 am- 6:30 pm
∎ Working day Saturday - Thursday
∎ If company needs, employee must have to keep mental preparation to work overtime
∎ 3 months` probation period
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2+ years' online advertising, digital media, or analytics sales experience.
∎ Must have significant success in media sales, with a specific focus on digital media campaigns.
∎ Must have extensive experience of building and growing successful relationships with clients
∎ Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management
∎ Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies.
∎ Self-starter capable of thriving in a growth stage company environment
∎ Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and closing new business
∎ Positive 'No Quit' attitude.
∎ Fearless on the phones, persistent, and good work ethic.
∎ Partner with clients to solve their issues, continually promote client's ad platform, and communicate pre-sales information to B2B organizations.
∎ Be a trusted advisor to clients and use a consultative-based sales approach with key decision makers in an organization.
∎ Keep informed on market forces and changes to the digital marketing eco-system
∎ Convert prospective clients into leads.
∎ Conduct reviews of sales pipeline and provide forecasting, tracking of leads and prospects, and track sales goal attainment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Media/ Agency experience will be preferred.
∎ Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
∎ Must have experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
