Job Context:
∎ Office time 10:00 am- 6:00 pm
∎ Working day Saturday - Thursday
∎ If company needs, employee must have to keep mental preparation to work overtime
∎ 3 months` probation period
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scheduling and maintaining advertising delivery for all online advertising campaigns.
∎ Responsible for client servicing along with sales manager for performance and display advertising.
∎ Optimizing campaigns based on KPI's set to ensure full delivery & advertising return.
∎ Providing analysis on report, making suggestions for campaign optimization.
∎ Ongoing campaign management; ensuring campaigns are implemented correctly, trafficking these and ensuring the correct campaign setups.
∎ Solid understanding of online media industry, IAB standards and Google Analytics.
∎ Working experience in media trafficking and/or advertising industry experience would be an advantage.
∎ Efficiently distribute tags, trackers, and creative assets to all media partners.
∎ Support daily QA and timely troubleshooting of all placements, tagging, and floodlights/vendor pixels for on-site tracking implementations to ensure proper tracking.
∎ Reporting and billing streamlining for respective accounts for both publisher and client.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience 0-2 years' of working in Ad-operations
∎ Creative and commercially minded.
∎ Meet deadlines and take responsibility of completion of work.
∎ Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
∎ Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
∎ Must have experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
