Credit Collection, Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Monitoring, Credit Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Credit Rating Agency, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly update the profiles of all active credit clients.
∎ Obtain confirmation of the balance.
∎ Quicken the recovery drive for routinely past-due accounts.
∎ Respond to questions by outlining the needed information, identifying issues, and providing details about credit balances and past-due balances.
∎ Clear up concerns, investigate solutions, and escalate unsolved issues to address difficulties.
∎ Highlight possibilities and describe new features to promote extra services, such as welcome notes, invoice notifications, early alerts, and payment notifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to visit on frequent basis to perform credit collection matters country wide in Bangladesh as desired by the Management.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing/ interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Strong knowledge of Communication.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Good knowledge of computer is a must
