Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com (Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed university.
∎ CA part qualified/ ACMA will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect & prepare various recipes & Calculate product costs of various types, sizes & codes.
∎ Collect data through ERP from respective departments for reporting & analysis purposes.
∎ Monitoring process-wise Daily production report through the ERP system. If found any mismatch on the report then inform to production department & ERP support team for correction purposes.
∎ Prepare daily production reports.
∎ Prepare WIP Report by Verifying the Inventory, Production & Packing output.
∎ Physical verification of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Consumables & Other production Materials.
∎ After Physical verification of Raw Materials then Reconcile with ERP Balance.
∎ Follow up on Stock Receive & Issue Raw Material & Packing Material for costing purposes.
∎ Floor visit for observing the optimum use of resources (Man, Material & Machine).
∎ Calculate and look after the main items, consumables and spare parts used at Utility.
∎ Communicate with all other department heads for managing and achieve target production.
∎ Support to integrate with ERP and Secondary Sales Management Software for developing & correcting the various operational report.
∎ Prepare various types of monthly and yearly operational reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do teamwork & bring results.
∎ Good analytical and communication skills.
