Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA course Completed.
∎ ICMA 1200 Marks completed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily stock report of raw material, finished goods, consumable goods.
∎ Check spare parts & fixed assets of the factory.
∎ Monitor & Analyze Machine wise production, Breakdown, spare parts consumption.
∎ Reconciles finished goods & semi- finished goods inventories.
∎ Check daily production report, Production KPI.
∎ Check Consumable, direct & Indirect material consumption.
∎ Item wise standard & actual wastage measurement.
∎ Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Check PO wise order completion status.
∎ Check PO wise raw materials consumptions in dying, weaving and finishing process.
∎ Monitor production reject and order cancellation and report to the Management.
∎ Reconcile actual process costing with standard cost sheet.
∎ Checking Utility consumption along with standard costing.
∎ Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Computer literacy in MS WORD and EXCEL will be required
