We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive/ Sr. Executive (Corporate Sales) for Toggi Fun World.
∎ Toggi Fun World is the largest Amusement & VR Theme park in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Vertically largest in South East Asia. It is the first VR Park of the country as well, where, we have huge array of Games & Rides collection.
∎ Virtual reality is on the rage, and we are the pioneer in the country while many theme parks are either incorporating a VR component into existing rides or adding new VR rides to their parks.
∎ TFW is offering entertainment for kids, children, teenagers and adults within a single premises. The main attraction for the theme parks is its wide array of Games & Rides collection and pollution free, safe and friendly environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Online Sales, Corporate Sales & B2B Sales.
∎ Preparing and implementing sales budget
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans designed to achieve sustained growth.
∎ Assist for effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales & B2B Sales
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
∎ Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed
∎ Ensuring the placement of targeted product as per customer requirements
∎ Formulating sales KPI and monitoring the performance as per the KPI
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members
∎ Analyze competitor's activity, sales trends, and track unit sales to ensure competitive advantage.
∎ Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and sales performance roles.
∎ Experience leading presentations, facilitating trainings and group meetings (in person and/or virtually)
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
∎ Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership
∎ Experience working in a multi-team sales organization, managing stakeholder relationships.
∎ Proven ability to create high-quality programs and materials for sales reps.
∎ Strong communication skills with demonstrated self-confidence, business acumen, and an interest in presenting to large groups.
∎ Impeccable attention to detail and project management skills, sales experience preferred.
∎ Demonstrated capability to present information clearly in an engaging manner
