Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Molecular Biology,Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales & Marketing, Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales target;
∎ Identify potential new customer to increase business;
∎ Ensure the business growth by marketing, customer satisfaction and customer retention;
∎ Visit potential doctors and institutes to promote the services for boosting up the sales;
∎ Organize different events like Seminar, Health Clinic, Health Camp, Focus Meeting etc. and promote our services;
∎ Searching potential Doctors for OPD;
∎ Develop and Maintain Potential Doctor's database;
∎ Ensure the transparency in all kind of transaction;
∎ Generate prescription from doctors;
∎ Develop and maintain B2B & B2C business;
∎ Monitor and collect information of competitor activities;
∎ To achieve specified targets through winning new contracts within the country. Develop high level relationships with perspective clients within the Business & Industry sector. The role will operate across facets of the Business & Industry Sector incorporating, Cleaning, Security and TFM.
∎ Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other team members and Assist to all Departmental Head to implement the company policy and procedure as and when required.
∎ To maintain and develop a wide network of contacts with the Business and Industry market place to ensure the Company is invited to as many bidding opportunities as possible.
∎ To ensure that all proposals are innovative, accurate, compliant, timely and professionally presented with an executive summary outlining the benefits of our proposal.
∎ Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation and analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Sustains relationship with dealers and customers by making periodic visits.
∎ Create data base of potential customer for new sale and follow up for new sale.
∎ Must have quality to convince dealers / clients.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
