Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare shipping documents and submit manual & online booking to buyer’s nominated forwarders.
- Get shipment permission from Bangladesh Bank through their portal, issue EXP and send documents to our C&F for custom clearance.
- Regular communication to handover goods to forwarder’s nominated CFS (Depot) through our C&F agents & collect return documents from C&F.
- Work for BL release from forwarding company after shipped on board date and submit purchase documents to our bank.
- After arranging all required shipping documents (BL, Fumigation Certificate, CO, MCO, GSP) and sending email to respective buyer for balance / full payment.
- After receipt of payment from buyer, send all required original documents to buyer through express courier.
- After receipt of payment, collect PRC from Bangladesh bank through our bank and prepare cash incentive and association certificate files.
- Submit all files to our bank and handicrafts association “Bangla Craft”.
- After getting the association certificates and CI files from our bank, submit all to our bank head office for audit purpose.
- Collect audit certificate from CA firm after fulfilling their required documents.
