Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university, masters will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
channel reporting and analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, prepare and circulate different reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
∎ Timely calculation of channel commission and incentives.
∎ Support team with any ad-hoc channel reporting.
∎ Daily attendance monitoring.
∎ Ensure FF’s regular market visits as per PJP.
∎ Ensure proper channel communication to FF and engage them for achieving targets.
∎ Strong coordination with channel partners' operation team for smooth operation.
∎ Make the partner database updated with all required information.
∎ Ensure timely disbursement of partner incentives.
∎ Strong coordination with the cross-functional team for smooth channel activity.
∎ Improve the existing way of work - Implement new processes and scopes for smooth operations.
∎ Engage in improving sales.
∎ Open for a market visit and ensure field visit.
∎ Implement new business scope in the channel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to ensure frequent market visits
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Good in excel reporting
∎ Sound in MS office package operation
∎ Ensure timely payment of all activations/sales
∎ Ensure right engagement and right performance from each FF through on-time reporting & engagement
∎ Responsible for overall channel reporting and channel operations
