Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
∎ CA-CC will get privileged
∎ Skills Required: Chartered Accountant, Excellent communication skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well experienced and confident to audit any kinds of accounts related activity.
∎ Well experienced in compliance and control related trust which include compliance with laws and regulations, audit and instruction, monitoring activities and risk assessment.
∎ Prepare standard audit report (Periodic) furnish with observation and suggested recommendations for improvement guidelines.
∎ The selected candidate shall have to assist the accounts department in doing audit-related activities of the company. Focuses on business result and conduct financial analysis.
∎ Assist to prepare the annual audit plan and conduct the risk-based audit as per the audit schedule.
∎ Performing risk assessments on key business activities and using this information to guide what to cover in audits.
∎ Perform field visits in case of verification on procurement process where applicable.
∎ Performing special assignments as or when required by the management.
∎ Must be well conversant in TAX/VAT, Customs duties/income TAX rules & regulations.
∎ Draft the Internal Audit Charter of the organization in line with the best current standards.
∎ Design internal audit procedures and work programs. Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
∎ Provide top management with an opinion on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls in the organization.
∎ Assist the development of an internal control culture, including training to staff.
∎ Monitor the trends and developments in the internal audit area.
∎ Report on internal control issues and the implementation of the internal audit plan to senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit in any good standing / reputed industrial group.
∎ Expertise in internal audit, risk, and control functions.
∎ Excellent communications and presentation skills.
∎ Capable of a rigorous analytical approach and result oriented.
∎ Flexible and stress-resistant.
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize.
∎ Ability to explain the findings and convince the organization to implement the audit recommendations.
∎ Excellent working skills in MS Office, Tally, SAP, and ERP.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
