• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from a relevant discipline from any reputed university

• Age At most 32 years

• Must have 3 to 5 years of audit experience in the electro-mechanical operations of a garments or textile manufacturing company.

• Strong understanding of internal audit procedures, risk assessment, and control systems

• Practical knowledge of auditing utility services, machinery maintenance, energy consumption, and engineering functions in the garments sector

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel

• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills

• High level of integrity and attention to detail

• Conduct internal audits across departments, with a key focus on electro-mechanical functions

• Review maintenance, utility, and energy management processes in garments factories

• Identify risks and gaps in the electro-mechanical operations and suggest process improvements

• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports to management

• Ensure follow-up on audit observations and monitor implementation of corrective actions

• Support external audits and compliance initiatives as required

• Maintain complete and accurate audit documentation in compliance with company standards

• Any others task as assigned by management
