Job Context:
∎ Aleya Feeds Ltd. (Renowned Agribusiness Company), (Sister Concern of Aleya Group)
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Executive /Sr. Executive having at least 2-4 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing in Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed sector or in similar Agribusiness sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products and services.
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the farmers and dealers regarding sales.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Farmers and Dealers.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards the head of the department.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Analyze the present market and create new markets for Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed sales.
∎ Maximizing the target customer awareness of the Brand through creative approaches.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
