∎ M.Com/ MBS/ MBA/M.Sc. in Accounting/Finance/Math from any reputed University.
∎ Private university students will be priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and implement monthly payment & received or income & expenditure budget of the company.
∎ To monitor the day-to-day operation of Accounts Department, handling petty cash To review the cash flow requirement to ensure that there is sufficient fund available to meet operation.
∎ To prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)
∎ To develop and update the internal financial operation policy and procedures.
∎ To ensure of compliance of book keeping system with standard to enforce transparency in organizations.
∎ To prepare management accounts annually & half yearly.
∎ To prepare tax accounts annually.
∎ To perform all types of L/C opening activities and payment follow up.
∎ To make sure the source of funds availability for payment of Salary and others expense.
∎ To issue Fund Transfer Letter to the banks for transferring funds to the other accounts.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Practical work experience in accounts and admin will get preference.
∎ Must have knowledge in computer office applications and internet and Tally prime.
∎ Competency on payment terms and tax calculations.
∎ Applicant who lives in inside Dhaka City.
