- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting-related software.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in working with numbers.
- Willingness to work in factory accounting and inventory management.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
- The workplace will be at the factory located in Ashulia, Zirabo. Factory Address: House #693/1, Road No -9, Diakhali, Zirabo, Ashulia Dhaka- 1341
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions (vouchers, receipts, payments) accurately.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial reports for management.
- Prepare budget planning, cost, and income comparative analysis.
- Review and reconcile stock and inventory records.
- Prepare necessary documents and reports for internal and external audits.
- Provide accurate and timely data support for management decision-making.
- Maintain and analyze accounts using MS Excel / ERP accounting software.
