Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of bill and vouchers for payment and recording all transactions in the books of accounts and voucher posting to the system.
∎ Compliance checking while processing the invoices with proper approval, and payment in terms of purchase order/agreement and Compliance TDS & VDS deductions.
∎ Ensure proper recording, documentation, control, and maintain necessary records and return.
∎ Tracking advance register with respective employee and vendors ledger and maintain a proper ledger.
∎ Liaison with Inter-department, external vendors and quick response for smooth operation.
∎ Process Travel authorization and check & verify total process.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
