Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Experienced candidates from a similar industry may apply where educational qualifications may be relaxed.
∎ For the Executive position, 2-3 Years of experience is required with cash handling experience.
∎ For the Sr. Executive position, 3-5 years of experience is required in handling Accounts Payables.
∎ Should be familiar with MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
∎ Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Executive / Sr. Executive- Accounts, and Finance are responsible for overall cash and banking by complying with all rules and regulations of the company and government bodies so that the company can achieve its desired objectives.
∎ Ensure timely payments and cost center-wise recording to get the correct report.
∎ Able to perform bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts.
∎ Handling Vendor payments and updating entries in SAP
∎ Ensure claiming VAT Rebate while booking expenses and reconciling with VAT C/A.
∎ Ensure proper TDS and VDS from different parties and deposits to the Govt on time.
∎ Follow up in advance with different employees and vendors to keep updated on the books.
