Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of devices.
∎ Work closely with our experienced team to gain valuable hands-on experience.
∎ Collaborate on field assessments and contribute to technical solutions.
∎ Must have to travel anywhere to provide training to end users .
∎ We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Assistant to join our Software Company . The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, software installation ,training skill , excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. As an IT Assistant, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and provide support to end-users. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software. Must have knowledge on Cabling and troubleshooting. Must have to travel anywhere to provide training to end users.
